  • Must come to school on every school day.
  • The teachers in charge of the classes should be informed every day that they do not come to school.
  • If the child has a special illness, the class teacher should be informed.

  • Students should walk in a line while walking in the school and make it the responsibility of every teacher and student leader to supervise.
  • As the school starts at 7.30, you should reach the school at least 20 minutes before that time. Prefects should arrive at school before 6.45 am.
  • Year 6-11 students must sign the student activity report book stating the reason for the absence from the school on each day of absence from the school.

  • Carry books only in the bag provided to you by the school.
  • Student Activity Record Book should be brought on Wednesday when you are scheduled to collect your Leaving Certificate, Character Certificate etc.
  • Students of hostels should follow the timetable of hostels after school. Never go back to classrooms.
  • In order to stay on the school grounds after school hours or on weekends for curricular activities, the relevant teachers must be present and approval must be obtained.
  • The school's physical resources should be used with care and every student should ensure that they are maintained at a high standard.
  • Toilets in the school are separated by years. They should be used accordingly.
  • Any student coming to our college from another college for a sports match or any other competition or to watch a play or for any such purpose should be aware that it is a grave offense to cause any physical or mental harassment to a female student. We should work to make the college respectable by helping such students in a fraternal way.
  • Students who come to our school from outside schools for the new year should be welcomed and treated with brotherhood.
  • Parents should be notified of all classes attended after school teaching hours such as evening classes, weekend classes, holiday classes and extra-curricular activities.
  • No student is allowed to take food or drink or take stationery or go to the canteen at any time except during breaks and before school starts. While getting food and drinks from the canteen, the items should be taken only from the windows reserved for the students.
  • If any student leaves early due to sudden illness of a female student, he/she should complete the forms as mentioned in the page of leaving early in this book and take the relevant permission from the Principal. Only the mother/father/guardian can leave.
  • In case of any problematic situation outside the school, with the concerned teachers/members. V./Principal should be informed and informed to resolve it.
